CCHIT Unveils New Paths to Certification
With the goal of supporting more rapid, widespread adoption and meaningful use of certified EHR technology under ARRA, CCHIT has unveiled
three certification approaches to replace the current single one.
In two
Town Call web conferences: “New Paths to Certification: Dialog with the Open Source Community” and “New Paths to Certification” for a general audience,
CCHIT gathered feedback and answered questions on the new certification
options. Development of the new certification options is scheduled to
begin in July.
CCHIT’s
Long Term and Post Acute Care Advisory Task Force has delivered its
recommendations and priorities to the Commission and its new LTPAC Work Group
